Building Women

Over the last six years, we have collaborated with BCITO to shift perceptions in order to build the number of women entering trades apprenticeships. This campaign features the personal and frank stories of five remarkable female apprentices from across the country. Over the period of four weeks, we produced this glimpse into their lives, their motivations, and purpose, both at work and at home.
